He works throughout Italy and in France on behalf of public bodies and companies. He is the regular adviser to in-house companies and public authorities.
For these clients he deals in particular with:
- pay policy
- recruitment notices and selection procedures
- productivity agreements
- workforce plans
- collective redundancies, defensive solidarity contracts and wage guarantee schemes
He also advises private companies in essential services — waste management, telecommunications, transport — and in the retail and engineering sectors. In essential services he has built specific experience in cooling-off and strike procedures.
Speaking engagements
He has spoken at study days and conferences on workplace bullying and on the reform of the Labour Charter, and has taken part in the renewal of several national collective agreements.
Outside the firm
He is the author of novels and children’s stories, which have received several awards.
