In short

The site uses no profiling cookies, does not track visitors and carries no advertising. The only active tools are technical: they make the site work and require no consent.

Technical cookies

• NEXT_LOCALE — remembers the language you chose, so that moving between pages does not send you back to Italian. It is a session cookie: it disappears when you close the browser.
• payload-token — concerns only the lawyers and staff of the Firm, and is created only after signing in to the private area. Visitors never receive it.

The choice you make in the banner is saved in your browser’s local storage (not in a cookie), together with its date: it stays on your device and is sent to no one.

Audience measurement

At present the site uses no statistics or audience measurement tool. Should one be introduced, it would run only after your explicit consent, which you can give or refuse in the banner and change later.

Third-party content

On the contact page, the maps of the two offices are not loaded automatically: a still image stands in their place, and the real map appears only if you ask for it with a click.

When you load it, your browser connects to OpenStreetMap’s servers, which necessarily receive your IP address and the technical details of the request. Until you click, no data leaves our server. OpenStreetMap sets no profiling cookies.

The site embeds no videos, no Google maps, no social network buttons and no fonts loaded from external services: typefaces are served directly by our own server.

Managing your preferences

On your first visit a banner lets you accept or refuse, with the same number of clicks either way. You can change your mind at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.

You can also delete existing cookies and block new ones from your browser settings. Disabling technical cookies stops some features — such as remembering your language — from working properly.
