From the very start of her career she has focused on employment law, which she practises in the healthcare sector. She has built experience in drafting legal opinions and in out-of-court work on disciplinary proceedings and dismissals.
An important stage of her career was spent in the human resources department of a company in the environmental services sector, where she dealt with:
- disciplinary charges
- contract changeovers
- the employment law aspects of people management
Over the years she has also honed her skills in court, on dismissals, the right to be hired, demotion, recognition of higher duties and pay differences, acting for both employers and employees.
